Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Ensure the items are unused, in their original packaging, and securely sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

  Ship to Delphis Eco

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
